OUR MISSION STATEMENT
CA will put forth its advisors’ “real world” experience to create solutions, as well as implement and execute its client’s stated initiatives. CA will complete each engagement, leaving with its client executable methodologies and functional business tools that will insure lasting value to the client’s organization. Each client engagement will be approached from the perspective of the client’s scale and resources, recognizing the uniqueness of each client.
Our Unique Experience
CA is comprised of executives who have been in its client’s shoes – fighting the good fight.
- CA offers “Real World” experience with Group Leaders who have been successfully employed in senior roles within operational companies, focusing on the same challenges that face every business.
- In addition to working as employers and employees within operational companies, CA’s advisors have intimately worked with or followed over 150 companies in various industries.
- CA believes that the “Real World” experience, and the bumps and bruises that come with it, allow its advisors to insure that an engagement will add meaningful, tangible value to a client.
Our Approach
- CA focuses on small to mid-tier companies, both public and private.
- CA believes that while these companies employ the vast majority of Americans, they many times are not of the scale to afford the large “marquee” advisory and consulting firms. Yet their need for the same quality of services is as great.
- CA structures its engagements to fit the scale and scope of each of its clients. We will not try to fit a “square peg into a round hole.”
- CA leverages each of its advisor’s “real world” experience, working in functional roles within “real world” companies. This allows CA to add significant value, to its clients, across a number of core disciplines.
- CA customizes its services to fit the client’s unique need, whether that be on a project basis or through its Interim Executive approach.
- CA leaves its clients with not only recommendations and advice, but also the tools necessary to execute.
- CA leverages its resource and contact base to help bring incremental long term value.
Relationship Structure
- CA structures each engagement to fit the client’s needs:
- Project Engagement – Our associates are engaged to strategically address specific issues and execute resolutions. These engagements are generally structured with a specific time frame for the project.
- Retainer Engagement – One of our senior staff, supported by Chandelle’s resources, is assigned to a client company to serve in an Interim Executive role. These engagements can last indefinitely.
- Hourly Engagement – Although not our preferred method of engagement, Chandelle will consider certain projects on an hourly basis.
